In order to service a larger market, especially on the Internet, the prices of all of our products have been reduced significantly.

The price history of accounting software shows a dramatic decline since the first mini and micros were introduced in the late 1970’s. For example, each accounting module that we have been selling for $595.00 to $795.00 for the past 15 years cost about $7000.00 20 years ago. Now we will be selling most modules for $99.00 that are more powerful and user-friendly than ever. This is a market driven response.

Our new policy is a lower software price, training not included. The training rate is $50.00 per hour for our products.

For the first time since August, 1989 our billing prices will be changed, effective July 1, 1998.

Installation and training - our products                                                             $50.00/hour

Installation, support, programming and training - other products               $80.00/hour

General support - our products     $65.00/hour

Travel time is billed at 1/2 the general support rate.

A new monthly support contract is available. For $50.00 per month you may have 2 hours of support and training on our products. Contract periods are 6 and 12 months.

If you are in a DOS application program such as our accounting software and you would like to move some data from your present screen into a Windows application such as word processing or a spreadsheet do this:

• Press the “print screen“ key. This will put the screen on the note pad.
• Go to the other application. Use ALT-TAB to go between applications or end the DOS program and start the other.
• Put your cursor where you want the new information . Then press ALT-E (edit) and select P-Paste.
