| Listed below is the billing policy of Landrum Software,
Inc. Please read it and familiarize yourself with the
conditions.
- Annual Service Charges are billed in October. Updates
are sent out in November (December for Payroll)
. Customers are considered active when the annual
service charge is paid. We try to respond to their
requests within 4 business hours. Inactive customers
requests will be serviced as time permits with no
guarantees as to response time. (See the price list
for annual update prices which make up the Annual
Service Charge.)
- Our hourly billing rates are:
Custom programming
on our products $90.00/hour

Any work (installation,
support, training)
on any other systems or products, including hardware
Support
and service on our products $80.00/hour
- (billed
in 15 minute increments; 15
minute minimum)
Training on our systems $75.00/hour
- (billed
in 15 minute increments: 15
minute minimum)
- Custom software proposals cover
the price of software as defined in the proposal
only, unless otherwise specified. Travel expenses,
extra training and telephone support will be billed
as specified in this policy.
- Before work on a custom
programming project is scheduled, a signed copy
of the Sales Agreement, custom specifications and
a deposit equal to one half the custom program development
fee must be received by our office. The remaining
balance is due upon delivery and installation. Any
other arrangement of payment MUST be discussed PRIOR
to and documented in the Sales Agreement.
- Payment
for package software is due upon delivery. All
sales of software are final. NO returns will be accepted.
Any other arrangement of payment MUST be discussed
BEFORE delivery.
- Telephone support will be billed
at our hourly rates ($90/$80/$75), depending upon
the nature of the service, in 15 minute increments,
minimum of 15 minutes.
- Training on Landrum Software
products, will be billed at $75/hour. Training
on any other products other than our own (software
or hardware) will be billed at $90/hour, as noted
above.
