their other solutions to this one.
We will provide the full system to END USERS with no
resale option, or to DEVELOPERS who may sell PROTECTED
CODE to their end users or provide OPEN SOURCE to their
end users for a 50% discount of the normal price (further
volume discounts may be applied.)

Developers will
agree to sell protected code to their end users and
specify that the system is not for resale. End Users
will be registered with Landrum Software and a $50.00
registration fee per company will be paid on their behalf
by the developer.
End users buying Source Code will
agree that the product is for their company use and
not for resale to other companies, but is an asset of
the company that may be transferred if the company is
sold or taken over by another company.
